Hi guys, This is me restarting my own blog. It's October 13, 2020 and I am currently on leave from work starting today until October 16, 2020. Why? because I just had a mental breakdown :( I hate to admit it but yes, I am suffering from anxiety and I know a lot of people are experiencing the same. It's not actually surprising given our current situation - COVID19, incompetent government, stress from everywhere, fear and all the abnormalities.. at some point even the strongest ones will have to cry and release the stress. I know I could've prevented this from happening. I thought making myself busy at work would make me forget all these stressors until my work became my primary stressor and here I am stuck at home, writing this blog, releasing my thoughts and hoping I could also shed some light to people who are experiencing the same.
